How to Place an Order

Thank you for shopping at Franga Equestrian and Pet Boutique. We offer an ever growing selection of original designs with patterns developed in our own sewing studio and available nowhere else. While we offer several ready-made items, such as our popular Wing Harnesses (Angel Wings, Bat Wings, Tiger, Snow Leopard and more), many of the items listed in our store are custom garments which will be tailored to your pet's size and measurements.

Placing an order from us is simple:

1. If you are ordering a ready-made item, select any applicable options, type the quantity you wish to order if more than one, and click on the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the listing. If you are ordering a custom garment (the majority of our items fall under this category), enter in the requested measurements for your pet or horse. Please refer to the Measuring Guide page for information on measuring your pet for his/her custom garment. If your custom order is time-sensitive, please refer to the Expedited Services page for details.

2. Estimated shipping costs for the items in your cart can be viewed at by clicking on the "Estimate Shipping" button toward the bottom of the shopping cart page. You may edit the quantity of and remove items from your shopping cart at any time. If you are signed in to your account, your items will remain in the shopping cart even if you leave our site and come back at a later time.

3. When you are ready to check out, click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart. If you have not yet created an account, you will be asked to do so at this time. Simply fill out the information requested on the registration form. Please provide all the requested contact information so that we are able to contact you regarding your order if necessary. This is especially important for urgent orders.

4. The Checkout process will instruct you to select a shipping method, enter any optional comments regarding your order, and confirm your shipping and billing information.

5. You payment will be processed securely through PayPal. Our checkout will direct you automatically to the PayPal website to complete your payment using any major credit card. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to place an order with us and PayPal will keep your financial information confidential, even from us.

6. When you have completed your payment, wait for PayPal to return you to our site. If you are not automatically redirected, click on the "Return to Merchant" link to return to our website to receive your order number and print your order confirmation page if you wish. This will also help ensure that your order details are fully transmitted to our order database.

7. Ready made items typically ship within 24-48 hours and custom items will take the number of days specified in the Service Options you select. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive, and Express Shipping takes 2 business days to most areas.
