This is a traditional German or Austrian style Tyrolean Hat for dogs fashioned out of 100% polyester felt. It is decorated with a band around the crown and a white feather on one side. This hat is available in the following colors: green, brown, tan, red, maroon and black. All the colors of hats comes with a brown band around the crown except for the brown and maroon hats which come with a tan band instead. Please select your color and size choices below. The hat fastens onto the head with elastics under the chin that are often thin enough to be hidden beneath the dog's hair. You can also color it with a felt-tipped marker to match your dog's coloring.
This hat was designed to go with our Lederhosen. which can be ordered separately.
This hat is slightly oval in shape: longer from front to back (length), and shorter across from side to side (width). The size choice below is for the total width of the hat including the brim. For smaller dogs, it is recommended not to go over the ears too far when measuring. Hats sit over the ears better on dogs with larger heads.
