All items of clothing and costumes are used at your own discretion. While we try to make all our items comfortable and as safe as possible, it is your responsibility to ensure fit and proper usage. Do not replace any correctional or safety equipment that your pet requires with clothing or costumes, and supervise children with pets at all times. Franga Designs is not liable for any damages resulting from or occurring simultaneously with use of our products.
We want you and your pet to enjoy our products, so please take the time to observe the following suggestions. Please keep in mind that while many animals are accepting of the practice and enjoy being dressed up, some animals may not have the temperament to wear clothes or costumes. Some animlas may need time to become used to it. Do not leave your pet or horse unattended with any items of clothing or costumes, especially if it has a tendency to chew or swallow things or spook at foreign objects. Remove items such as unicorn browbands after riding as hot and sweaty horses like to rub their faces on any available surface, which may cause damage to your browband.
Please ensure that your pet or horse is properly acclimated to its clothing or costume before going out or riding. Slowly introduce new items to them in a safe environment and allow them to see and hear unfamiliar items such as jingle bells; shiny, fluttery, brightly colored or bulky items and do not ride until your horse is completely comfortable with all aspects of the costume. Be sure that eyes, feet and bits (on horse bridles) are free from interference.

Our products are hand-made with the utmost care and attention, and we only ship out items free of defects. All custom garments are checked to correspond with customer specified measurements prior to shipping. For information on measuring your pet, please refer to the Measuring Guide. We are not responsible for poor fit due to customer inability to provide accurate measurements.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as it is immediately prepared for production.
