About This Blog

The purpose of this blog is manifold. As it is part of our Franga Equestrian and Pet Boutique website, it will include updates on new designs, sales, special promotions and other Franga Designs related news.

However, this is much more than a company blog. We will also be publishing pet and horse care articles that we feel will be of interest or assistance to our readers. We have over 2 decades of experience with animals of all shapes and sizes, and would like to share the many things we have learned from our experiences here on this blog.

A few of the topics we will write about are: training (dogs and horses), home-cooked pet diets, recipes for home-made pet food and treats, basic and specialized care, guides for choosing pets, dealing with behavioral problems, etc.

Please note, however, that while we have had many years of experience with animals, we are not professionals. All of our experience has been personal with our own pets and we recommend referring to additional resources and consulting with a pet care professional or behavioral specialist when dealing with your pet’s health or well-being.

No two animals are alike. What works for one will not necessarily work for another due to differences in body and temperament.
