This is a gorgeous browband in baby blue crushed Panne Velvet with an tall elegant ivory satin horn, silver spiral, a silver braid around the horn base and a clear rhinestone jewel. The horn measures 7" tall and 2" wide at the base.
This browband makes a great accessory for parades, horse shows, costume classes or just for fun.
